Do I really keep 100% of my hourly rate?
Yes. Our 5% platform fee is charged on top of your rate to the client. If you charge $285/hr, you receive $285. The client pays $299.25. Your earnings are never reduced.
How quickly will I get my first booking?
Founding experts typically receive their first inquiry within 5–7 days of going live. We actively market founding profiles to our client waitlist from day one.
What credentials do I need to join?
Minimum 5 years of regulatory affairs experience with hands-on submission or advisory work. RAC certification or ex-agency experience (FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.) significantly accelerates approval.
Can I keep my existing clients?
Absolutely. There is no exclusivity requirement. You can consult independently, work with other platforms, and keep all existing client relationships. RegAxpert adds to your practice, not replaces it.
How does payment work?
Clients pay via Stripe when booking. Funds are held securely and released to your connected Stripe account every week automatically. No chasing invoices.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime from your dashboard. No cancellation fees. If you cancel, your profile becomes unlisted but your account and history are preserved if you return.
